Strategic Intensive w/ Dr. Avis

We'll begin the journey with a 2.5-Hour VIP Strategic Intensive Session with Dr. Avis. This is the time to share every minute detail of your vision. From here we'll map out concepts regarding the launch of your membership and your path to your first 100 members as well as the full scope of strategies you can use to successfully fill your bootcamp and identify any potential immediate upsell opportunities. We'll also identify your core messaging and voice for future social media support. From this initial meeting, Dr. Avis will devise a personalized Strategic Plan to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. And then...the execution begins.

STEP TWO: Project Plan Development

Within 5 business days of our kick-off meeting, you'll receive a Personalized Project Plan which will lay out a detailed plan for our full scope of work including social media marketing support details, conversion event funnel development support plan and a detailed timeline inclusive of all activities necessary for project execution.

STEP THREE: Social Media Asset Development & Execution

Social Media Marketing Support

In order to continuously fill your pipeline full of quality prospects, Dr. Avis' team will execute social media marketing strategies inclusive of both static and video posts, prioritizing the following:

• LinkedIn network growth,
• Inbox nurturing and sales
• External and inbox conversion event-filling strategies.

This will be comprised of video editing your podcast episodes, providing prompts of additional short-form video posts (optional), and constructing batches of static posts for your review in 30-day increments.

All posts will be infused into your LinkedIn marketing strategy and short-form videos will also be used as YouTube shorts to help push to your full podcast episodes.

STEP FOUR: Retreat Sales

Retreat Sales Support and Sales Funnel

Support selling out Dr. Nicole's upcoming retreat by the development a Retreat Sales Funnel as well as providing Sales Support through Social Media External and Inbox Marketing. We could also assist in the design of any Retreat-Related On-Line Sales Events that may be neccesarry in order to reach sales targets. Let our team take the tech work off of your hands while also helping to expand the reach of your retreat by attracting new attendees through expanded marketing and sales strategies

STEP FIVE: Conversion Event Development  

Launch Cycle Strategy and Dual Sales Event Funnel Design

Dr. Avis will tap her years of experience closing millions of dollars in sales through effective conversion events, by working with you personally to develop effective conversion event strategies to effectively launch your membership and accelerate it's growth. This support includes will include strategic support around the build out of the structure of your launch events, including pre-event review of content, practice and feedback on content, delivery style, and effective offer delivery.

Additionally, her team will develop a two-funnel systems to streamline and systematize the conversion event processes.

You'll receive a Conversion-Event Funnel that will support the event registration and confirmation process, including built-in stick-strategy actions to help improve show-up rates and a Customized Sales Funnel that will systematize the actual sales acquisition, immediate on-boarding activities, upsell opportunities, and routing your new members to your membership portal.

STEP SIX: E-mail Automation Library

Email Nurture Sequences

You'll receive a library of email sequences developed specifically for your brand including:

Welcome Sequence for new subscribers to your email list that sunsets to either a sales call opportunity or registration opportunity for your conversion event (dependent upon timing of entering list).

Lead Magnet to Sales Call Sequence to engage new leads with the initial delivery of the Lead Magnet followed immediately by a nurtur sequence that sunsets to either a sales call opportunity or registration opportunity for your next conversion event.

Sales Event Promotion Sequence promote your one-to many sales event to your existing list.

Sales Event Execution Sequence This email sequence takes registrants from registration confirmation, to positioning you as the expert they need for the results they wants, spurs excitement for the upcoming event, and leads them to the day of kick-off to open cart.

Open Cart Sequence: This special automated email series is integrated into the overall event execution sequence that takes the event participant through the journey of open cart debut through close cart downtown in a way that is specifically designed to maximize sales results.

On-Boarding Sequence: Getting the sale isn't the end, it's the start of a relationship you want to last for years. To that end, first impressions matter. Therefore, an impactful onboarding series is a key part of the equation. STEP SEVEN: Membership Portal  

Membership Portal Build-Out and Maintenance

Dr. Avis' team will take the Portal Build-Out and Maintenance process off your hands by developing your new Membership Space, pre-loading your portal with any initial assets you'd like included, along with the creation of any subcategory spaces you'd like within. We'll also serve as your portal update team by continually uploading new content as you begin the execution phase of your membership experience.

STEP EIGHT: Monthly One-on-One & Unlimited Asynchronous Strategic Support

Direct Implementation Support

Throughout this 6-Month experience, you'll receive on-going support from Dr. Avis including monthly Zoom calls for direct feedback and support as well as unlimited asynchronous strategic support via VOXER. This is enough time to complete 3 FULL Launch Cycles with the goal of getting you to your first 100 members.

When you move forward on or before Sept. 15th, you'll receive a Brand Photo Shoot (this gives us time to arrange the shoot while you're in the States during the month of September).
